<description>I've tried adding organic fruit blueberry juice to the secondary. Initial taste sweet (not my thing but it's what the ladies want here!), however when bottled conditioned with priming sugar replaced by sugar in juice, re-fermentation slowly and not surprisingly reduced sweetness. Clearly, need to find right quantity of sugar from juice and/or priming sugar to get to desired level of sweetness and carbonation. Has anyone got a good way of a achieving this?

Thanks
Bob
